    Ladycats Volleyball continues to improve
Over the weekend the varsity beat hillsboro 25-18, 26-24. We lost so Eastern Brown 26-24, 13-24, 24-26 Tonight we beat Lynchburg 25-23, 25-10, 26-24 Cassie Griffin had 2 kills, 4 tips, and 1 ace Kilee Feirl had 2 blocks, 1 kill, 1 tip, and 1 dig Allie Evans had 16 digs and 2 aces Mariah Bryant had 3 digs and 1 ace Hannah Wisniewski had 1 block, 1 kill, 6 assists, 1 dig, 1 tip, and 2 aces Alicia Ledford had 3 blocks and 1 kill Sarah Burton had 3 kills, 1 tip, and 1 ace Cierra White had 5 kills, 11 digs, 5 tips, and 3 aces Kayla Dugger had 7 assists, and 5 digs Cassie Griffin and Cierra White made smart plays on offense. The Blanchester volleyball team defeated Georgetown 21-25, 25-10, 15-25, 25-16, 15-10 Tuesday night in a Southern Buckeye Conference match. Allie Evans led with 12 digs while Kayla Dugger led with 14 assists and seven aces. Cierra White also had seven aces and nine kills. "Hannah Wisniewski, Cierra White, and Allie Evans all had great games," coach Rebecca Brooks said. The Blanchester volleyball team battled Felicity in a Southern Buckeye Conference match and came out on top in a close match, 25-22, 19-25, 26-24, 25-23.
"The Lady 'Cats played a great game," said BHS coach Rebecca Brooks. "Every player gave a continuous effort and worked hard even when they were down." Allie Evans had 12 digs to lead the defense. Alicia Ledford and Cierra White combined for 19 kills to pace the offense.
