10/16/19 - HS football @ BlanSkyline for Crosstown Showdown Pep Rally
The high school football team, cheerleaders, and band attended a Pep Rally at Skyline on Wednesday night in preparation for the HUGE game Friday vs. Bethel Tate. Trivia, prizes, and an interview of Coach Mulvihill took place.

JV Football HOME vs. Goshen
The Blanchester JV Football team lost a hard-fought battle to Goshen on Saturday,
26-13. Blanchester’s defense kept things close for the first half, and the Wildcats offense notched a score with 48 seconds left in the half. Adam Frump rushed for the touchdown, and Bryan Bandow added the extra-point kick. Goshen answered with a long touchdown completion, and the score at half was 7-6.
In the second half, Goshen capitalized on several Blanchester turnovers, and added twenty more points. Blanchester’s lone score in the second half came on a 40-yard touchdown completion from Frump to Brady Phillips.
The Wildcats’ defense had several big plays on the afternoon. Aiden Begley snagged his first interception of the year. Zane Panetta recovered a fumble and recorded five tackles for loss. Chassen Allison, Cody Kidd, Noah Faulkner, and James Compton also notched tackles for loss on the day.

The Blanchester JV Football Team fought hard for a 6-6 tie with the Taylor Yellow
Jackets Saturday. Taylor’s lone score came on a 53-yard fumble recovery with two seconds left to play in the first half. Bryan Bandow notched the Wildcats’ only score with his first rushing touchdown of the season.
Blanchester’s defense had a strong day. Noah Faulkner had an interception. Ty Goodwin, Bandow, Jacob Lanham, and Cody Kidd all recorded tackles for loss. Kidd also notched a sack. On the offensive side of the ball, Bandow and Goodwin had strong days rushing. Noah
