Jacksson was in command of all his pitches tonight. All his pitches were working and he was getting ahead of hitters. In the 5th inning jacksson had the bases loaded with zero outs and ended up striking outside the side.

I am pleased to say this is number 4 in last 5 years. I am very happy for this team and what they were able to accomplish. They have given so many hours to the cause and there is no doubt in my mind they have got what they deserve. This championship was won with selfless attitudes and understanding our roles.
We battled adversity early on in the season and the team decided not to give up. That's how champions are made. We did not get this title with 9 guys. It took all 14 to buy in and except there role. I am proud of there selfless attitudes and the willingness to play for the guy standing next to them. -Coach Lawson

We were a couple plays and a few hits away with runners in scoring position of hanging right with them. That is the best team photo e have played this year. They were fundamentally sound and could hit. Our pitchers did not shy away from the strike zone and I commend them for that. Tomorrow is another day and we are able to wrap up the league title against Georgetown. We need to have short memories and come ready to play tomorrow. -Coach Lawson

Another good team win under our belt. A game where many players steppe up and contributed. We had timely hits by Dylan Fawley, 2-out RBI single. Chris Farrow got a huge RBI punch hit single. Lastly, Dustin Howard scored the winning run on a base clearing 2-out triple.
Reliever Eric Patton came in and slowed the game down. He pictured to contact and our defense came up big, by committing no errors.

We had a couple milestones today. I was able to capture my 100th win (100-46) in game 1 and Gavin Creighton stole his 100th career base in game 2. Very special that we were both able to accomplish these tasks on the same day.
We played much better baseball all around today. Pitchers worked from out in front and pitched to contact. Defense made plays behind them and if we did have an error we did let it bite us. We put a lot of balls in play hard today and had many productive outs. I will trade an out for a run every time. Hopefully we can continue this play over into next week which starts league play again. -Coach Lawson

Gavin stepped huge in the fifth for us. The way it was going I did not think that was going to be the winning homerun. What a great kid and hard worker. He deserved that one.
Defensively we are like a light switch right now. Look great for 9 outs, then the circus comes to town. We got lucky tonight the third inning (they scored 7 on 2 errors and 3 walks) did not come back and haunt us. We found a way to over come. I am happy for that. -Coach Lawson
