As the result of a solid defensive effort to start the game, we led 13-2 at halftime. Maddie Gillman scored 8 points, Torie Potts had 6, Maggie Grant had 4 and Kyle Hamm added 3. Alayna Davenport and Audri Byrom also played well in the win.

We led 11-6 at half time, but Massie had a strong 2 nd half to come away with the win. I was pleased with our effort tonight, as we were much more aggressive on the offensive end of the floor. Emma Hartman finished with 7 points, Karlee Tipton had 6 points, Allison Trovillo also had 6 points to go along with double digit rebounds, Jocelyn Lansing had 4 points and Hailee Harris added 2 points.

7th girls fall, 8th girls prevail over Fayetteville - 12/3/2020
7th Grade
Fayetteville- 35
Blanchester- 20 (0-2)
Once again I was happy with our effort tonight. These girls always give everything they got when they step on the floor. We were down just 4 points going into the 4 th quarter and then the shots just quit falling and we were outscored 12-2. Emma Hartman finished with 8 points, Karlee Tipton added 6 points, and Jocelyn Lansing, Hailee Harris and TobiTedrick each had 2 points.

This was another game where I have to credit the girls for their defensive effort. Our aggressive play really caused problems for
Fayetteville on offense. Offensively for us, we had 6 girls get into the scoring column and any night you can get balanced scoring like that,
you are going to have a chance to win. Torie Potts finished with 13 points, Maggie Grant had 8, Kylee Hamm and Alayna Davenport had 4
points each while Maddie Gillman and Quynn Dawley each finished with 2 points.

Despite the outcome, I am was happy with our effort in this game. The girls all played so hard during the whole game, which can be tough to do when shots just aren’t falling. Emma Hartman finished with 7 points, while Karlee Tipton, Jocelyn Lansing, Ava George, Hailee Harris
and Tobi Tedrick each had 2 points.

It’s always nice to open the season with a win. I was really pleased with our effort tonight, especially on the defensive end of the floor, as we were able to force Williamsburg into quite a few turnovers. The other thing I was happy with was the fact that this was complete team
effort as every girl contributed in some way to the win. Torie Potts led the way offensively with 16 points. Maggie Grant added 7 points, Alayna Davenport had 5 points, and Kylee Hamm finished with 4 points.
